COMSIS sources, packages, and delivers products for federal and defense customers. We manage the full path from supplier to point of use, with country-of-origin compliance, correct military packing and marking, and delivery documentation handled as part of the order.
What we deliver
- Buy American and TAA-compliant sourcing. We verify country of origin with suppliers before we quote, so the product offered is the product that can be accepted.
- MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130 packing and marking. Military shipping labels, item unique identification where required, and packaging that matches the contract’s preservation and packing clauses.
- Export, customs, and ITAR coordination. Support for shipments that cross borders, including the paperwork and handling requirements that apply to controlled items.
- Warehouse and last-mile delivery. Receiving, consolidation, and tracked delivery to installations, depots, and field locations.
How we work
Simplified acquisitions move quickly, and many are evaluated as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Our process is built for that. We read the full solicitation, including the clauses, confirm the exact part or an acceptable equal, check lead time with the supplier, and quote a price we can hold. If something in the requirement is unclear, we ask the contracting officer before the closing date, not after award.
After award, we confirm the order with the supplier, track it through shipment, and submit invoices and receiving reports through WAWF or IPP. Each order has a complete file: quote, supplier confirmation, origin documentation, shipping records, and proof of delivery.
What we supply
We support requirements across IT equipment and software, industrial and general-purpose machinery, facility and operational supplies, and other commercial items. For a specific item, send us the description, part number, or solicitation and we will confirm availability and compliance.
